Meet our senior team

From rapid design changes to repairs and new-build innovation, you’ll have a senior team that is outcome-led.

We have a well-balanced team of specialists, engineers, and support staff that combines experienced experts with eager-to-learn apprentices and junior engineers, aimed at helping our customers solve complex engineering challenges whilst developing the next generation of British engineering and manufacturing talent.

With proven experience in Systems Integration, Airframe & Cabin Interior Engineering, Additive Manufacturing, High Integrity Test Rigs, Innovative Tooling Solutions, and 3D-Solutions, we support projects from concept through to certified delivery.

Our engineers are predominantly degree-qualified or HND-trained backed by decades of industry experience.

Several members of our structures team are Compliance Verification Engineers (Panel 3 CVEs), approved to sign-off structural substantiation evidence under UK CAA or EASA Part 21J appointments.

To stay ahead of evolving regulation and emerging technologies we invest in R&D and embrace a continuous development model for both our people and processes.
